Spanish + yoga and wellness
This course let’s you combine Spanish classes with yoga and wellness programme.
We work with experienced yoga instructors who will adapt the class to your needs. The yoga classes are conducted in Spanish, but as a student of Escuela Rias Baixas you will be guided through each asana with special care, allowing for your to relax and fully enjoy the class.
In the afternoons, you will have yoga lessons and participate in a wellness programme designed to alleviate your body and mind after yoga and Spanish lessons. The programme includes spa circuit (jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna) and massage.
Spanish classes take place in the mornings, Monday to Friday 10-13:00h.
We want to give you total flexibility with the Spanish + yoga and wellness course. That is why there are various packages available, which allow you to decide the option for you.

The levels
On the registration form, please indicate the approximate level of your Spanish knowledge. This will help us place you in an appropriate group – although the most important step is for you to take the placement test once you arrive in O Grove.
As a general rule in our school, there are no problems to change levels later. If you think you are between two levels (in Spanish or any of the languages we offer), indicate it by marking the two closest levels (eg: A-1 / A-2, A-2 / B-1, B-1 / B-2, B-2 / C-1) on the registration form. The levels and their contents correspond to the European reference framework for languages.
